Hell Yea! I've been missing my eggs & grits and bacon and biscuit & sausage gravy!
FYI...Caffine and Octane gets rolling around 7:30 or 8:00 and it has been PACKED with cool stuff the last couple of months.

Great! If the creeks don't rise and one or the other of the "hosses" will run I'll be there!

Planning on being there. The last time I came out it was freezing in my roadster. Looks like another cold ride. See you Sunday.

    Heh,
Tell me about it! 'Bout the only time I could get away with traffic jams in mine back in the '50s&'60s when I had a "3/8X3/8" in a '32/3w, East Coast Style, channeled, no chop, fenderless.
Moving the radiator forward and down to match the lower body meant no room for a fan at all! Fine as long as you got some forward movement in order to push air thru the radiator core, but stop and you could see that needle on that old SW temp gauge swing upwards!
But in the winter on an open road moving "free", you could watch the thermostat open and close, because the cooling capacity so greatly exceeded the heat output of the engine.
This brings up a question for discussion @ the table for Sunday, ie: Why does being faithful to "traditional" mean going without a heater? Hell, I can remember as a teenager helping a neighborhood "hero" of mine install a heater in his '37 Ford 60hpV8, flatback tudor sedan! So don't holler @ me when I ask: "Where's your fricking heater"?
