Guys, wanted to introduce myself and show some pictures of my rides. I'm a 60's-70's era track rat that grew up around IRP, Muncie Dragway, and several others here in Indiana. Have two rides that are non traditional as I follow a different path. first is a 1950 Hudson PaceMaker coupe with a 56 Hudson Hornet 308 with a McCulloch supercharger. picked this one up as a true barn car from Enid, Oklahoma in 2001. my trusty bracket racer and she is consistant but the driver can't cut a light. Second is my new to me racer, 1964 Studebaker Commander 2dr sedan gasser. totally different and hopefully going to work out. got this one from northern indiana in May of 2010. yes it was a squeeze to fit that in there as it is 38" long, 9" more than the Studebaker 170 that came out. firewall is set back 12" total. I have 1.5" clearance between the bellhousing and the firewall now. rear spark plug is directly under the cowl vent and the back row of headbolts are directly under the windshield. thanks, Ralph aka: PaceRacer50
