I love that rig. Just like back when a few friends could campaign a fuel car out of their garage. I'll vote. You gotta let us know the results
Agreed. Maybe these guys will get enough votes to get someone's attention. This is what fuel racing is all about, IMHO.
I hope the attention they might get will NOT be for them to get an expensive professional setup, BUT to put the rest of the teams on a ramp truck with little to no spares like this team!. Bring this thing back to the backyard enthusiast, where it started
I wish more people would do this, maybe it will show that you donn't need multi million dollar sponsorships to run them.......
Just saw this today. With the car count dwindling in TF and FC it does'nt surprise me that some of the bucks down guy's are coming out. They may not be the fastest but they got the most heart.
I guess the voting is over. I'll check for the out-come. Thanks to everyone who voted and helped out.
Holy SH!T all the voting paid off and the Lagana's won!!!! Thanks again to everyone who voted. This is a huge win for the little guys. From the NHRA website. "Winners of the Full Throttle Hard-Working Crew Award, which recognizes the hardest-working crews in each of the four NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series categories, were Dominick Laganas Big O Tires dragster crew in Top Fuel ($25,000) for advancing to the final round at the NHRA Las Vegas Nationals; Ashley Force Hoods Castrol GTX Ford Mustang crew in Funny Car ($25,000) for winning the Mac Tools U.S. Nationals for a second consecutive year; the entire Summit Racing crew in Pro Stock ($15,000) for putting both cars in the final at the NHRA Las Vegas Nationals; and rookie Tonglets Nitro Fish Suzuki crew in Pro Stock Motorcycle ($5,000) for racing to victory at the prestigious Mac Tools U.S. Nationals in Indianapolis" <!-- / message -->
