Not sure who made this air cleaner. Any ideas?

    Popular in the 70's for a short while. Pretty sure it was Cal Custom

    By the Way: The nut are wrong. Should have been one with same "stripes" as the body. Maybe I can find pics of my old one.

    Looks like someone polished the lid of a mercuizer carb cover for a inboard outboard boat motor

    I bought one new about 85 but damned if I can remember where. It is Cal Custom tho.

    This is the best shot I have of the nut. It just blends in with the rest of the body.
    I saved it from the early 80's when we ran it on a Gas powered FED.
    I think its kinda cool.

    I have one of these Cal Custom air cleaners for sale, it also has the center nut with the stripes to match the rest of the air cleaner..... make offer. great shape!
