A desirable body style from what I can see, with a little hard work it can be saved. Worth for a '35 Ford body in that shape maybe 15 to 25 hundred. Now, fix the body up and maybe 5 to 10 thousand.

The model T's and some other Gm stuff that isn't pictured me and my friend are on the hunt to acquire, not sure what they might be worth but definitely worth saving!:)

The one that sort of hurts me the most...the Roadster near the T's not sure on year and how well preserved the body might be under the surface :(

Haha well i'm thinking about waiting til spring to get them since winter is almost here. But, only have a couple buddies to help dig them out and load them up..if i do decide to sell anything i find i will more then likely be looking for trades or a lil bit of cash cuz as of right now i have to many projects and college in two years i'd rather see them go someplace and be used instead of rot in a field or creek!

are you just trying to mess with everyone? GO FOR IT! ALL OF IT!

seriously though, if you can get it free/cheap/good priced, save this stuff from rotting any further. even if they're only good for parts, someone out there needs those parts. i wish i could find stuff like that around here.

  10. You would find ads in the car mags in the late 50s to buy 1-3 year old ex-taxi's wholesale for bargain prices, which is probably what you're seeing in that '59 Ford.

Half the shit you've posted pictures of, if I had found it, I'd already have home and be posting photos of it sitting in my yard saying "look at the cool stuff I found" -

Everything you showed would be in my yard as we speak ....

I dont wait if I find stuff like that just Laying areound.

The '59 Taxi would have been striped of all parts that will fit a 2dr & maybe some Panels sawed off.

I will be posting more pics for you guys asap! I'm hoping the roadster is still alright below the surface... likely? maybe not but the adventure and fun yes. The man that took me to it and the T's said they've dug a sedan out from bottom of windows and it still had paint on the lower half! so I'm just hoping its true here also

    Get that roadster out now

  18. Very cool...hope you get them out soon. If I was closer I'd offer my labor for free...just for the fun and thrill of digging up these old pieces of tin.

    Look forward to updates.

Get everything you can. Much like land, 'they aren't making anymore of it'.

(yes, I am aware of Brookville. But you know what I mean.)

I agree! I'd have many restless nights until I did. ddpecka348, I hope the result of this dig is comparable to the sedan dig.

Alright here is the link to my fathers Tudor from how he found it to what it is now and all of the build he did all himself.I think you guys will really like it! Myself I think he could have left it a little more traditional to its early 1961 start as a hot rod.

Alright today was a good day to find things! went with my friend on a search at a friends farm and found a couple goodies! the frames will be for sale i believe just contact me. The one pictured is the one i can not identify! So i got a pic of the cowl and dash for help. What year is it? and we also found a 40 ford frame in the weeds with a partial tudor body still hanging on.

And my Favorite find of the day! We actually found 3 682-C guide lamps like brand new NOS. very surprising considering they sat that long in his shed! Of coarse this is what they looked like after i washed them though.

So have you worked a deal with the land owners to buy/remove this stuff yet? I'd be getting that done asap and get it out before the ground freezes or someone else beats you to it!

  28. The cowl and dash is '37 Ford, which will bolt right on to the '40 Ford frame.
