O/T Death Valley

I'm going to be in Las Vegas next week , and am going to go to Death Valley. is there anything that I should NOT Miss?

there is a road to the top of the mountains on the east side - VERY steep road towards the top. Nice view of the valley and so forth. Dante's view?

Zabriskie point at sunrise is a favorite. Have fun!

Racetrack playa...Only place in the world that stones slowly move across the surface of the playa, leaving a track as they go, without human or animal intervention. They have never been seen or filmed in motion.

Death Valley is beautiful, in a unique and stark way. Make sure you get down to Badwater (lowest point in USA; gotta have those bragging rights). Follow the signs, see as much as you can, and have fun.

 

Dont forget to go to Pahrump and visit ALL the brothels!!

 

World's Largest Thermometor in Baker. On second thought, stay in Pahrump.

 

If you stay in Pahrump rather than Baker you might have the worlds largest...................
