I was at a car show in Quanah TX and met an old boy that told me there was a person in Vernon TX that refurbished License plates but I lost th epaper that I wrote on and am asking if anyone know anything about this old boy and how he can be reached. Just checking, may have to drive the 4 hours to ask locally.
