I picked this up a few months back and had it sand blasted and primer sealed. I have some ideas for what to do with it... but I don't know what it is. I think it is a 1924-25ish dodge touring car front half but I'm not sure. I am missing one door and I want to be sure of what it is before I go door shopping. Any help would be much apprieciated.
dothe window post run through the cowl and mount from the inside? If they do and with no body lines it looks alot like a '19 willis overland i had at one point
About three pounds on the average. The posts and the way they stand look like Dodge but I'm not sure about the cowl. I think the Dodge cowls from that era had more taper like the same era T's http://www.conceptcarz.com/view/photo/447569,11518/1922-Dodge-Series-I_photo.aspx Willys from same era http://clubs.hemmings.com/clubsites/wokr/gallery/o_114.htm
It's a 1919 willys http://www.classyauto.com/v/Willys+Overland/Touring+4+Door+Convertible/84523 . look at the holes where the hood meets firewall. and also look at the inside picture of instrument panel.
Give a Cigar to the Gent from Norway. I' say you have a winner J. Even the holes around the gauge match along with the door hinges.
