  3. I had a great time Sunday too. If there were a prize for most runs that day, I think I'd get it. I've got a few pictures I'll post tonight or maybe tomorrow-

I'm a little curious, I saw Shakey's 55 but he loaded up before making a run down the track. What was that about?

Ran a 15.70 which is the best so far for the Little One. Still having problems on launch with the carb.

This was my first Nostalgia Drags and my son came along with me. This is a shot of him in the memorial front engine dragster that was there, he looked good in it! Met Chip and another guy (I'm sorry the name is slipping from me now, its old age, nothing personal) at the HAMB canopy who were real cool and we had some good chatting. Some real nice rides showing there, I really liked the Blown 392 Hemi '57 Ford p/u (Steve's) and the metal flake roof on the ride above. Can't wait for the next one, and maybe sometime I'll have a ride on the track. My little one petered out about 2pm, so I didn't get to stay longer, bummer, but young ones tire earlier than us.

A Big Thanks to all that made it and help support this deal. We were about 400 short on Spectators, same day as NASCAR, Cardinals Game, week before PINKS and GoodGuys.

But we still had a Blast, I have a lot of pics here is a few, I'll post more as as I get them from friends and family.

Whats up with you Mini Bike boy's? Chip and Glen were the only ones to show.

    Thanks Again Everybody..........Spike

  8. Hey, thanks from me too, to all the people who made it out to our 12th event during an extremely business time of car craziness here in the valley.
I've got some pics coming my way of the special award presentation that went this time to the one and only Ms Nancy Perry, car show promoter extraordinaire!
    I'll post them soon.

Don't forget about the huge weekend long event ,March 26th & 27th, 2011 at Speedworld. This will be the 50 anniversary party of the facility, and the Southwest Nostalgia Drags, Spring event, combined.
Mark your calendars, and don't miss it!

    Later,Mark

A few more from my collection, I took them pretty early and late in the day. Still waiting on the good ones from the photographer.
