I used a 1965 Mustang under dash unit and bought all the rest of the components from Nostaligia Air Parts. My whole set up was under $500, and it blows ICE cold.

Window cranks in mine. Missing one so I kept the clip off the driver's crank so it could be used on ft and rr.

I have a'50 ford with a dual carb flatty, I used the vintage air and mounted the compressor where the gen goes, and used a gm type alternator on the side. Their rectangular control panel fits in the hole the original radio was in without butchering the dash. I removed the p***enger side vent and ran the lines through that space. I kept the driver side vent as original for those days/nights I did not need the air, sure am glad I did..........

  11. Do you have any pictures? Mine has radio delete and twin Strombergs. I’ll need A/C this summer.
