hi there from the netherlands

hello people ,

i am rene and i am from the netherlands , i own a 74 chevy monte carlo we have this car for about 12 years , and recently we bought a 1953 pontiac catalina coupe de luxe ,
it is a project and i am not totally sure what it is gonna be ,
i want to lower it and put in a new interior .
the paintjob will be satin black with a checkered black , silver and red roof

it has the original straight 8 engine , and it is going to stay that way .

this car is from new mexico , and it is in great shape , it looks like **** , but underneath it`s all good .

i will put up some pics later

today i found out that my exhaust manifold was cracked , i took it out and welded it up , also one of the exhayst valves does not close all the way sometimes , i am hoping it will be better when i actually start to drive the car .
there ar4e a lot of little things i have to fix , but i am getting there , the end is in sight
