Searching For Yellow ROD & Locomotive

I am looking for the owner/photographer of a yellow rod running besides a steam locomotive in the Friday Art Archives. When the picture arrived in my email it had been striped of the address where it could be found on this site.

Someone sent me the pic and been trying to locate it in your archives - they are way big! I produce and edit a small magazine for the group of volunteers that runs the locomotive in the background of this picture. I would really like to talk to the owner of the car in the pic, or photographer and see if we can write a story about the car and get it into our little mag.

Can anyone help me with the owner of the car?
