Garage magazine

Any word when the the new Garage will hit the news stands?

 

They are out of bussiness. When Jesse James closed up shop he cut too.

 

I'm guessing never... and too bad, I liked that mag.

 

I liked it too. Sorry to see it gone.

Uhm yea.... Jesse closed shop and moved to Austin!

 

Where is Jesse? He has, from time to time, dropped in and posted a few. I enjoyed the thread on his planishing hammer . Seems like a pretty down to earth and approachable guy. cant be all that bad if he's a HAMBER lol

 

He is here on the board but a lurker since all the **** hit the fan. He used to post but it is unlikely he will ever again.

 

Thats a shame because I think he has a lot to bring to this board.
I would think this is the ONE place he could go and feel welcome. I don't know him but his personal life has absolutley nothing to do with hot rods, and I could care less
I dont want to turn this into a Jesse thread so I will quit talking about him , but I hope he knows he can come on here and not face the same **** he gets everywhere else!

 

the real man responsible for what was good in Garage-Dan Stoner-will be publishing a new magazine starting in 2011.

 

Its to bad..very dif and informative mag, Im sure with the economy and all of his companys revolving around peoples hobbies ontop of all the public drama it was inevidable,the overhead must have been draining. I give em credit for running as long as they did...

WOW I will miss that magazine. Too bad it was really cool. As far as closing up shop, do you mean WCC is no more? I am looking forward to Stoner's new project. Any idea on release dates?

 

My subscription still had a year left. Does anyone know when this new mag will be out?. I really liked Garage and will miss it for sure, and yea Jesse seems like a cool dude, I don't give a rats *** what he does in private as long as he keeps building cool cars

 

So is he leaving Rodders Journal?

Man, I subscribed to that magazine when it first came out and I only got 2 issues from them. Pissed me off. Oh well, decent mag nonetheless.
