Anyone having trouble with Rod & Culture?

I went on Rod & Culture site 2 months ago to order a back issue---never got it--payed with pay pal and they got my $$$ back----went on today,was going to subscribe and order back issue and my computer said it is an untrusted site and to get off of it???
Anyone else having this problem?

gary, i sent you a pm. i will take care of what ever problem you are having personally. for anyone else that has an issue that has not been resolved. let me know and i will take care of it immediately.

the issue was our shopping cart was old and out dated, and was having some sort of issues with new software. im not a computer guy, so i cant be too specific. this was a couple of months ago. the web guys, (who are slower than mol***es on a cold day) has got the new shopping cart integrated with the new software, but ran into some sort of issues with the secure site. we are dealing with it now, and hope to have everything back to normal shortly.

once again, if anyone else has had any problems that has not been resolved, let me know via pm or zombie@rodandkulture.com , and i will handle it promptly. i like happy customers...

****, I forgot I was going to call and order mine this week!

 

I had the same situation happen to me as well. I had a 6 back issue order was a couple of weeks before I got anything. Got worried and emailed ZOMBIE. Before end of day the back issue department made it happen got an email explaining the whole situation. Then wierd as is sounds they were at my doorstep next day. ZOMBIE's a great guy he made it happen kept me up to date of the concerns I had. Good Luck.

 

Yeh, he's an upright guy--he had Sarah call me and my subscription is ordered and the back issue will be sent also

How do the mags get shipped, are they in a sleave or just the mag by it's self ? I get mine at the local Borders, it's a quality piece but never trusted the mail to get it to me in the same shape as store bought.
