Who made them and age

Got these out of a guys garage a while back. I know nothing about them. Age, maker, value? There is mounting lug on back side. They are about 3 1/2" in diameter.

 

Does the guy know you 'got them'?............................

 

OH ya. I bought several items off him. Everything is legit.

 

very discriptive are they plastic? or metal?

 

Metal. Looks like cast.
