Sitting in a box of parts I brought back from Ohio were these.

They are not for my Model A ford, They appear to be Ford but what year??

Want to know so that I know what I'd be selling.

Some photos I've been able to find on the net tell me either 37-41 or 42-48 Ford Spindles.

    What have I got??

    Thank you.

37-41 roundbacks, if I'm not mistaken

  4. I would concur. 42-48 would be square back, not round like these. Pretty desireable. Should be an easy sale. Just list them as spindles, not sindles:).

Note to self: Don't wake up at O dark 30 when you can't sleep and try to post something.

You may be kind of awake but not enough to check your spelling...

Thanks for the identification and notes of differences.

I'll make sure its DAYLIGHT when I offer them up so I can describe them properly and with correct detail.

    Thanks again.

If you are going to E-Bay them be sure to bead blast them, and put a set of spindle nuts on them. They will bring in higher bids, usually between $100-$150.

  7. Just messin' with ya. If you're like me, you are probably still suffering from turkey overload.:)

  8. Dorman part # 615-067 , about $3 each

i agree...remove the old tie rod ends , spend a few minutes blasting them and install some shiny new nuts and they will bring more money on ebay

    Thanks,

I just wanted to know what I had before I put in the effort to clean them up.

Pulled the tie rod ends and hit them good with a wire brush and the looked much better.

I'll hunt a set of spindle nuts before they get offered up.
