Just starting my first rod project. I'v been into 4x4's for a long time but I'm ready to switch over to 2wd's. I picked up a 47 international truck and I am planning on putting the body on a 87 2wd Ranger frame and run the 2.3. I know I will be on here a lot researching this swap. David.
I want disc brakes, softer springs, and cheaper parts. Plus the ranger was basically free and I have to do floors in the truck anyway. I intend to drive this truck to car shows outside of Colorado so having parts readily available at any old auto parts store is important.
