Nope never heard of it. I don't think it's in the Ron Main catalogue.Sounds cool,though.

 

It was on about two or three weeks ago. They test the carb in the desert, and Jimmy drives the fin - tailed Ab Jenkins style racer into town to the hospital when fumes overcome the driver. Shows a lot of testing, at the start, of old cars - rolling them over, etc. Jimmy Stewart craws out of one of them to meet the chick. 30's cool.

I recommend "To Please A Lady"...Clark Gable, Barbara Stanwyck, Adolph Monjue, "GrandPa" Walton....Gable plays a tuff, midget racer accused of ruff driving that killed another driver. Banned from "legitimate' racing, he takes to the outlaw circuit under an ***umed name. Stanwyck is a savvy reporter out to "get" the killer driver. Great dirt track and Indy racing scenes with REAL drivers of the era. Awsome engine rebuild sequence. Monjue plays the reporters boss...GrandPa Walton is Gables Indy crew chief. AAAA++++!!!!
