Great Pictures. Thanks for posting. Man that shop visit looked awesome. Great DONUTS as well! Left almost perfect circles. That little A model is the bomb!

HOTRODPRIMER: Followed your direction and went up to the Early ford V8 Store the other day, they got an *** of stuff, new & used. Gotta go up tomorrow, their catalogue says they got Big Bore head gaskets. I got the new 3/8 X 4 running Thanksgiving day & have several head stud leaks so i'm having to lick the calf over. Seeing as how I've now heard it run I'll take my time & seal em right (I hope) this time. Probably won't have it in the Vicky by the 11th but I'll get there somehow. See Ya

VINTAGE PIPE: I tried the Saturday thing when I first heard about the place, not open. Owner said they tried Sat. but had no callers. He's a good guy, both he and his son run the store and I'd bet if asked one of them would open for us if we could tell him we were coming and about what time. I gotta go up there in a day or so, if it wouldnt be a problem I can tell them about the "Grits & Grilles" and ask them to stop by for breakfast. Whada you think?

They opened the day we went because the local chapter of the V8 Club and the local Model A club had planned a get together and a cookout a few weeks in advance.

I knew about it because I am a member of the Early Ford V8 club of America and it was a no brainier since it was on my way back home. HRP

Don't let the lack of door latches keep you from driving your Deuce,,a big old bungee cord stretched across the front between you and your wife is all you need! [IMG] HRP
