Been Waiting for my episode of Cafe' Racer to aire..... It comes on tomorrow night at 9:00 on HDTheater. Its been crazy seeing myself on all the commercials all week. They show my band, and me riding the bike, and my black 51 merc. I've been really enjoying Cafe Racer. Just good people having fun building fun stuff. Way better than all those made up high-drama/big-deadline/build-off b.s. - like so many other 'reality' builder shows. I hope they don't junk it up for the m***es - the preview with all the retards doing 'stuntz' worries me that they are going to move in that direction and that b.s. is NOT what Cafe bikes are about. +The bikes remind me of some of my old builds - one was similar to that Kawi.
Neat, saw you last night. Better than the stupid chopper stuff we watched for years. Somebody can make a lot of money converting choppers into cafe's.
I am loving that show, damn thing has me searching the want ads for the right project bike, even though wife is dead set against it (her mother lost her leg on her bike) but damn they are cool, most of my bike riding buddies are into the Triumph/Norton/Vincent crowd, but im loving these cheaper, Honda/Yamaha based rides. On a side note the wife did notice your name there Hot Rod Walt. SHe looked over and asked me, and I quote "Isn't he the guy that makes that noise you listen to when your in the shop?" I dvr'd it and will watch it tonight. It is one of the better bike shows on tv. BTW, I ran across the Psychodevilles on I-Tunes a few months ago, love the music! Maybe you can make it to Colorado sometime.
