    Check with any retail vendors that sold Gennie stuff....might still be something in inventory. Look on the much-maligned auction site, or C/List in various large cities.

    last email I had said they were almost ready to start shipping again.
    I recieved ' part' of my buy-in order last week (mainly cables and dipsticks)

    They also said they were shipping any back-order over 100 days old for free (dealers only maybe??)....and I had no freight charge to Australia.

    I do hope they sort it out, great products.

    Dang, I thought they were a solid company. I was going to to order one of their swan shifters for a TH350.

  7. Mine has been on "back order" for 2 1/2 months...& 6 phone calls later, I spoke to one of the guys there on Tuesday - They said it would be shipped out on Thursday of this week. They were waiting for the 16" stick. I will call them today to follow up and get a tracking number. I dont mind holding out because i do like there products...and its not stalling my current project but...The guy at Gennie said this is normal to wait this long... Ive never had to wait 2 1/2 months for a part... never. :D

    Before coming on here and making derogatory comments about a company, even if it's deserved, you need to do an introduction as required by the forum so people have a clue as to who is saying these things. Look here;

    Hopefully I dont have to wait 2 1/2 months for mine to come in...I ordered the lo-stick with the Swan shifter for a TH350....

    Does anyone here have a Lo-Stick w/Swan or 23+ stick for a TH350 for sale or know of a place that might have one in stock?

    Sounds like you had a bad experience.. Be more than happy to try and make it up to you. Maybe this wasn't the best first comment to post but I had to join in the HAMB after reading that the door was closed.... Wasn't really looking for anything; just making a statement...

    Will do, FYI just a rep at MBM and looking to see what's going on in the industry, make some new friends and try and learn a bit in the process. Didn't mean to rub anybody the wrong way...

    Thats good to hear....perhaps they are getting stock and shipping back orders....

    Too bad they dont have a company rep on here to help clear the air...I have heard some pretty crummy things about them, but from my point of view they have always provided a great product...and the times I have talked to Customer Service they were always good....if they had a company rep on here they could at least confirm or deny things and give people some ***urance that product is coming...

    Hope Gennie is comin' back from wherever they went. Using several of the their products, and have nothing but good to say about them. I did see that Parr Automotive is still listing a large selection of Gennie parts. Might try givin' them a call.:)

    did you get your shifter?

    All I am waiting on is the actual 'lo-stick' ***embly, I have most sticks, knobs and brackets already in stock just not the main ***embly

    *it easier for shipping for us down here in Australia to buy the individual components rather than complete shifter due to the size of the boxes*
