Need help identifying this front axle

I bought this chassis from a junk dealer. I want to use it for my 49 f100 project, but I need help identifying it.

Looks like it was someones hotrod model A chassis . Can,t use that chassis for a F100 but Chris did ID the axle.

 

Stole this some where...probably here.

 

Has 42-48 brakes too... good score.
