    I have been told that this car is the reason that there is a junior fueler class. It ran so well that it often came up against much bigger cars, and someone suggested that no one liked to see that, the big car should always win and therefore, there should be a class for the smaller fuelie cars.

    lions had the best jr fuel show anywhere i remember when les allen went 8.12 at the beach in the stinger and also when jeb allen fell out of the back of the truck i was the time slip kid back then in 1966 billy scott was driving for adams and rassmussin in top gas then too also who could ever forget larry bright or walt bier with his 6 cyl dragster they would have 40 jr fuel cars trying to quailify for 16 spots every sat night boy i sure miss the beach also the funny car match races and c.j.hart with his circus music

    Hello,
    Allison, Crow, McCorrel car has been here in Finland last 20years. I just saw car (2weeks ago) and calculate costs to rebuild car as near original as possible.

    Nice parts (front axle, olds axle, magnesium wheels etc. ) but engine and tranny are not good (sbc gas engine + pg,..). Paitjob (leafgold, stripes,..) are fine and need restoring.
