3w coupe spotted.. Lebanon NH 12/4/10

Anyone on here own this car? I saw it near the I-89 exit 19 on ramp last night.Looked pretty bad ***. It was around 5pm or so when it drove past me, but I saw ram horns manifolds, steel wheels painted to match the car with either chrome trim rings or baby moons, big and littles, and maybe a chopped top. Car was red or maroon with NH antique plates.

 

Someone step up to the plate.............my mouth is watering.

I didn't get a pic of the car. I followed it for only about 2 seconds and I was tryin to get onto the interstate while the coupe was going down the road past the on ramp.

 

bright red or maroon? there is one of each around. one in lebanon and one in canaan.

 

doesn't that describe 90% of Deuce coupes?

steel wheels on a 3 window coupe? must have been a es***, chevy, dodge...........

 

problem solved.. it was a local ******* car. made up of differant year and make body parts. cowl , roof and doors i believe were hudson. quarters were studebaker i think andthe back was something else. pretty amazing to look at. has a 350 chevy with y block valve covers made to fit over the tops of the chevys. at least i think thats how it goes. he has a way of building some real off the wall ****. you should see the people ****ch their heads trying to figure out what it is.

i don't think he was in n.j. last night pat. he doesn't go that far from home with it.

I think he was at voodoo donuts here in Portland, Oregon on sunday.

 

it's maroon and he's from lebanon, and our local radiator man. he sort of a mccyver type.

 

Cool. I should have asked my girlfriends uncle. He has a shop up there and knows a few people.

hotrodlarry, you have probably seen it at the cruise nights in newport if you have gone any.

 

I have to admit I'm impressed. I thought it was a big long shot to find a certain car off the discription. Now after seeing the car I would have a even harder time descibing it.

 

Heck man it just p***ed me doing about 150. I think it was Ryan driving Elvis was riding shotgun, and bigfoot was in the rumble seat.
