is this a 34 or 35 frame

need help iding this frame thanks

1935-36

 

rear radius rods bolt on to axle tube,spring hanger atached to radius rods,
straight spring rear
spring ahead of axle in front.

 

Pic looks like it's whopper jawed in the back

its a 35-36 frame but they are basiclly the same 35-40 car and 35-41truck

 

Its not a 34 frame, but don't you think that avatar is inappropriate? You shouldn't have a pic of a bike on here.
