    Hey Guys,
I have found a 73 Cadillac engine (501)that is in great shape. I was planning to run a BBFord 460 in my project, so this will save me bucks on a BBF rebuild. My question is, that I heard a 460 intake will fit a 501 Caddy engine. Is this something that any of you have any knowledge of ??.....I also found the adapters for this exchange online, but they cost about as much as a 501 tunnel ram, which is what I wanted to run,a tunnel ram. The problem is that I already have a tunnel ram for the 460, ported and pollished, and would really like to use it on my project..... Thanks in advance for any info

Make your own adapters. I have done a few and it was not that hard. Have even made adapters to run a low rise dual quad 351c intake to one. Or sell your ford intake and buy the 501 caddy intake but make sure its available first and it will work at the rpm range you plan on running.

Check out Tim Murphy at The Fab Shop at 317-294-4323. I seem to recall him having some big caddy speed parts and adapters for stuff like this.
