Introduction.... sorry about that. I've loved old cars since I was a kid, my neighbor had a 72 chevy shortbed with tru-spokes and T/As that he would wash every saturday. I grew up loving that truck and finally got one 30 years later. I've had a couple 64 impalas, a 67 buick wildcat, a '51 chevy coupe and a 48 fleetline over the years. Just getting back into cars after a brief hiatus with motorcycles (what was I thinking ?) Hi all. Great board. I was wondering if someone could identify these hubcaps. I bought these over 15 years ago at the swapmeet in Pleasanton, and the guy said they were for a Lincoln Cosmopolitan. I've scoured the internet, and the 49-50 Lincoln Cosmos appear to have a different cap than this. Thanks for looking!
I'd say aftermarket as well, they're damn cool though, I'll run those on something if you don't want 'em. I see some 46-48 Chevy Fleetline fender trims poking out on the one end there too, those are good to have.
Hubcaps.org says 50-52 Imperial, I wouldn't have even thought to check Imperial. I thought they were for sure aftermarket, shows what I know.
