I am a traveling sales guy, (no jokes please) I drive the Highways and byways in Ohio-Kentucky and Indiana, while in Indiana yesterday I saw a few things that got me wondering, what do you guys see while working, you Plumbers, Carpenters, Linemen and us guys that don't sit behind a desk or report to the same factory job day in and day out, we see some wild stuff, lets see your photos, stand and be counted!

The weeds were growing from the INSIDE OUT!!!

That's not the kind of weed I'd expect to see sprouting from inside an elcamino!

It's just a modern mini race car, body made from flat sheet powered by a motorcycle engine. Nothing old or trad about it....other than the flat black and red wheels.

  9. I wish I had carried a camera with me when I went 'Out Bush' on exercise with the Army. I was blown away by the places we found cars more than what they were, most were beyond identification but you would find a single car 300km from the nearest road or building. They always made me wonder about the story of how they came to be there.

I never found a stash of anything worth going back for, hell the stuff I found I wouldn't drag out of the vacant block next door!

    Doc.

I found these in Western Arkansas. They were near Hot Springs. Several hours later, the crankshaft on my flathead broke and my cross country drive was OVER!

I'm a mobile service tech. I stop and ask about stuff all the time. Saw this gem behind a house in the alley. Stopped and talked to the lady that owned it. Bought it for $750 later that day. Runs and drives. Was just sitting out back wasting away and now its on its way to a new future as a band wagon for me and the guys.

Friend of Mine is a train engineer, he sees great stuff sitting from the tracks view. toruble is finding it by street later on. We've been doing some Google Earth lately to try and locate the same spots, but 60mph in a train looks different than up close.

I've heard a few stories about cars seen from trains. Never had any luck, but it's amazing where old cars end up. How the hell did they get there? No roads or driveways for miles.
