I've been fortunate to pick up a number of prints by James Ibusuki. His p***ion is '60s drag racing and his work is absolutely amazing!

Yeah, I'd love to get a shot at Bluto's stash as well!
I am also crazy about car movies. Got a lot of oldies and odd ducks way up to The World's Fastest Indian. Maybe there's a new top of the heap for COOL movie that really nails the mid-fifties and connects to us old farts in the 21st century.

    DEUCE of SPADES !
I can NOT believe one (very hot) chick made this great movie! Totally a Guys hot rod movie, but story will grab your girl and make a LOT of ya all weepy. Find someone with a copy and watch it. Then BUY your own (you'll wanna!). Gotta respect the art. Great acting, oustanding rods, cameos by famous people... just great.
DAMN! she is good ! And my "Betty" was Charlotte.
    Who was yours?

This is one room 10 years ago.........there were more and now having moved we are going to be unpacking for years. And by the way life isn't a contest:

He who dies with the most toys ........ is dead!

I really don't have anything other than a Von Franco X-mas card and my own stuff, I really would like to get some more of the greats though.

I have more stuff than I can hang on the walls. The definition of a hoarder is only that his pad is too small, eh?

Denise, thank you for sharing all the originals you have in your home. Loved seeing those!

And some more unique artwork photos showing up here. Nice little adder thread to the Friday Night Art Shows!

This is one my buddy Steve and I did for the "Rat Fink Revenge" exhibit.
Its Rat Fink welding up a metal sculpture of his boss.
I liked this one so much that I really wanted to keep it but a deal's a deal - off it went.
Supposedly these will eventually go up for auction. If it does I'm gonna try to get it back. There's a few pieces I wish I'd never let go of. This is definitely one.

The last time I saw the statue it was in the gift shop of the Petersen on display. The sign said it wasn't for sale but I took this photo almost 3 years ago so ya never know. Might want to call them and see if you could buy it, wouldn't hurt.

It should have a plaque on the front with who it was made for and a production date.....

There are just very few of those boxes mine was made for me in 1984

The quality had gone straght to hell in the last years Sad to see an old company go in steep decline

I have a few pieces, all done by one artist (Keni Hill). Don't have the room nor can I afford any more. All of cars that I have owned.
