It's nice to see no 7-11's, McDonalds, Burger King, Walmart's, Target's, Mall's, billboards, liquor stores or any of that ****. Probably why there aren't any fatso's walking around, no ****py food to have shoveled down there throats.
some additional info just for fun. when the quake struck, the firechief was asleep on the top floor of the firehouse with his wife. not sure if both ended up falling through a hole in the floor, but the chief did. i think he died as it was a 7 story building? the army were using explosives to blow buildings for fire breaks, but ran out and started using incendary explosives, which caused more fires. they even blew up a 4 story pharmacy which had thousands of gallons of pharmicutical alcohol in it which spread through the streets burning more buildings. the wind also changed direction, spreading the fires even more. must have been a pretty horrible time for everyone involed.
wow thanks for the post, this is so cool! cool to see the cars cutting in front of the buggies haha, thanks for sharing
Thats a cool video in the simple times. Did you notice the guy in the first video scooping the horse manure out of the street? Was that the form DOT back then?
