Hello! I am a 63 yr old and my only current project is a 86 Tbird drag car. My last being a 68 Mustang fastback drag car that I owned, built, and raced for 22 years. In the past when my beloved uncle was still on this earth, we resurrected many vehicles mostly all in stock condition. Too many to list and most all the pics were lost in a house fire. I still enjoy reading the buildups and especially the ones that have some history to them. In fact, that is how I came to sign on here is b/c of the thread on Mr Earnest Marcum's Willys coupe, the "Ill Wind" I knew him in his later years along with one of his competitors Carlton Franks. I am proud to be able to call the Franks family, Carlton, Edna, Mike and Sharon my friends. Good people who have promoted drag racing in this area since the 50s.
