Looks FE to me. I'm guessing that's a boat mount. Might work for a dragster.

Yeah, it's an Edelbrock marine timing cover/motor mount, already knew that, just wanted to know for sure which Ford motor it fits...was told by the guy I got it from, it was for an FE, but, he wasn't 100% sure...those gaskets that Relic Stew posted look awfully damn close...

 

Its a FE Ford. The crank hole is higher then the oil pan bolt surface.
