Discontinued 13" Thin White Wall Tires....

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by OneFineComet, Dec 14, 2010.

  1. Ive been on a tireless search to find a set of thin white wall tires without spending a lot of money on them. Most of the basic brands i found have discontinued the white wall (Futura, Cornell Ect....) in a 13 inch. As much as i want to, i cant afford coker, firestone or BFG. Anyone got any info or advice to where i can get some for a reasonable price?

Our Walmart here carries small whites. Of all places.

  3. Second Wally World..I used to get 13" Guardsmans at Sears too...might wanna try the less obvious department stores rather than tire shops...

  4. Ill have to check out those. Pep Boys had them for a while but when i went to buy them the guy looked mt me like i was nuts.

Thanks Slammit, very timely - I'm looking for some right now too! A flock of Falcons has landed at the house recently... Kinda messy really!

No thanks. I don't have a mullet. I'll take wide whites any day.

  17. Coker has a seperate company that sells off their obsolete stock and blem tires. Before you people go berzerk again about the mention of blems, I can tell you it is only a cosmetic flaw not a safety issue with these. I have bought them before and they were all fine except for some minor visual thing I had to look real close for on some. Most tires are $35-40. You probably won't be able to get a set of four but worth a look. These are the same first run tires they sell at full price that had some cosmetic problem when released from the molds and can't be sold as perfect.
