    Thanks guys.
I've gotten a few more thing's done since my last post.
The doors are now done aside from finish welding, and the main part of the floor is made. I picked up the steel to make the subrails last week.
Next step, subrails and tie the body to the floor, then chop.
I need to get a shrinker/stretcher though or i'm never gonna be able to make the curves i need.
I'll get some photos up within a day or so. Hadn't planned to update anything until maybe it was a roller but i guess it dosn't matter.

The holiday's kind of set me back time wise or it would be a roller already. But, family first.

    Thanks again,
    Tony

Looking great! Get it on a frame and in primer and ask double your original asking price. Money in the bank!

    HRP, thats hysterical! :D
Ok, i get some pics taken tonight and get them on here.

Terry, one was not bad at all so i was able to weld it up. The other side however was pretty bad. That area i cut out completely and re made it in new tin, then welded it in.

    Be back later....

    The holiday's happened. lol
Actually got most of the subrails made last night and tonight i should be able to finish. From the wheel well's forward are made and welded in, just need to do the rear section.
Then off with the body and finish welding everything......then chop and on to the frame.

I'll try and grab pics tonight. My mind has been on building and i keep forgetting to take any pics of what i'm doing.

    I wish i was driving it :)

Well, i finally took some ****ty pics with my cell phone.
I got the subrails made and welded in right up to the rear pan area. Should be able to get that done tomorrow night THEN ITS A CAR AGAIN!!!!!

The frame is Z'd which was why i made the floors and rails for it instead of buying, plus, this was a HELL of a lot cheaper! haha
Also threw in a pic of the p*** door too. Both of those are done too.
Guess thats it for now. I'll try and keep up more on the pics for those who give a damn. :)

Thanks Mat! I never thought of calling you to see if ya had them. I ended up going to Harbor Freight and buying thier set up. For what i need they will work out, and actually did work out perfect!
    Don't be envious, it's just another typical 32...that was, by most's standards, a piece of ****. :)

I've got one more small area at the p*** rear corner to finish up then all the floor work is finished aside from the tunnel which i'll build when i get the motor and trans in.

I'll take more pics maybe this weekend and post. Like i said above a ways, i've been more interested in working than taking pics.

    Thanks guys,
    Tony

So, i took a few month hiatus from working on this car to finish up the 62 Impala i had been building....
The 62 is now done and on the road. My initial plans were to start right on the 63 Impala 409 i have sitting...but..........

The coupe is much closer to being done and the cost to finish will be MUCH less than the 63. Considerably less.
So..Stay tuned, i'll be starting on the ch***is to this body within the next couple weeks and keep on til it's running and driving.
Seems about fitting seeing it was about a year ago i did the tin work on the body, now it's time to dig it ALL back out and start throwing sparks again. hahaha

Back to your regular scheduled program :D:D
