Photograph in Japan!! Kustom&Lowrider&HOROD

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by toshihide4828, Oct 12, 2010.

  1. All these cars were imported one way or another. Japan is very nationalistic about their manufacturing, only in the last couple of decades have non-Japanese origin companies been accepted in country.

    Just amazing!!

You have traditional hot rods, more modern street rods, Gassers, rat rods, mexican American style, two door cars, four door cars, wagons, trucks.

You are not missing anything over there!

Some of that work would be absolute top quality anywhere in the world too.

    Great pictures.

these are some of the most amazing cars that ive ever seen! i really didnt know there was this much of a rodding scene there.
its pretty ironic that a lot of these cars were made right before and right after the conflicts between us and japan. its good to see some beautiful american styled cars in japan just like seeing jdm styled cars here(even though HAMBers dont like them haha)

  9. Crazy coupe.
What catches my eye is the Aussie red & white Falcon Wagon behind it.

  15. Great Pics!!!!!!!

  16. I have just taken the time to go through each page and am simply blown away.....

First a large welcome to Toshi and his talented camera. Some amazing photo work, first rate.

Secondly I don't care where those cars came from they show obvious dedication to perfection. Incredible work.

Speaking of dedication, these cars and trucks are driven and even in the rain like they are supposed to be. No trailer queens!!!!

And lastly this thread has inspired me to kick up my build a notch as best I can and can afford.

    Thank you Toshi

Fantastic looking cars. I am a big fan of the old school panel type painting

  22. Although I did not make the show due to work, I do know these pics were obviously taken on Saturday, the set up day. Toshi, do you have any pics taken Sunday showing the crowds??? If like last years show, the turnout was unbelievable, all day long..
