    I geuss im the new fish here in your pond. just like to say hi. Im 30 and from smallville florida. I am new to this computer stuff but i figured id give it a try. Id rather be in my barn gettin greasy but im stuck in this semi for now. Ive just picked up a lil 57 dodge pickup to build with my 12 year old lil girl as her first truck and ive been cuttin and shavin on my old 70 c-10. thanks. AJ.

    Has Anyone used a Driveshaft parking brake i read about the hydraulic ones or the add on ones i have a frankland q c rotors are 1.25 thick they dont make calipers for that size rotor.
    wilwood said use the driveshaft type ,,they said speedway has it but didnt call yet want more info. pro/cons etc thanks

    thanks to all for the warm welcome. hope to get to know you all better. im very excited to get started on this old truck with my lil girl. she freaked out when she seen it in the barn.

Welcome from Davenport Iowa -do you drive truck profesionally or privately - do you get to Iowa on I-80 - I work at the International dealer on I-80 exit 292 right next to the Flying j truckstop I am a service writer/foreman diesel mechanic for years If you need any help in the Quad City area let me know -I'll do my best.
    Cool about your 12 yr old daughter -hope the build goes well We(my wife & I)have guardianship of our niece Alexandria(have had her 5yrs now) she wants a 29 roadster with hemi in it - someday !!!!
