I'm ready to purchase an underdash booster setup for my 54 chevy.
I was looking a Krugel components setups.

Questions is not sure the size I need, they have 7" and 8" boosters, with 7/8" or 1" bore sizes. I dont really know anything about these.

Any help or info be appreciated, thanks Phil

Boosters don't come in bore sizes, so I think you are talking about a vacuum booster and master cylinder combo, correct? Generally, you're better off using a large diameter single diaphragm or smaller diameter dual diaphragm booster, along with a 1" master cylinder, for most custom systems.
More information about your brake system and engine is required to give any meaningful help or suggestions. If you are going to build or modify a brake system, you really need to know something about how it works and what the purpose of all the components are, so you end up with a safe and well-designed system, and not a bunch of parts that you don't want or need. I would suggest you find/buy/research basic automotive brake theory and operation before you lay down cash for any parts, or have a knowledgeable friend/mechanic help and/or advise you.

Thanks for the reply, Yes when I said bore size I was referring to mc unit bore size , it is the whole underdash 90 degree swing pedal unit with remote fill, which I am unfamiliar with these units, I just finished putting in the fatman ultralow kit with small block 350 combo, basic stock small block,

    Hi,

I am using the Kugel ***emblies on my Norrison ch***ised 1952 Plymouth(not quite running yet). I found that they are very knowledgeable and helpful on the phone. If you do a bit of research you will find that the entire family has been hot-rodding for many, many years and they really speak from experience.
