International Parts?

My buddy picked up a 56 International pickup yesterday. it has the original inline 6 and a manual trans. It is missing the steering column and seat. The seat is no big deal,but where can i find a column for this truck. I don't want to adapt any other column to fit, because these columns went all the way down into the gearbox, and also had the shifter on the column. Also, where can i buy brake parts for the straight axle front end on this truck? Thanks in advance.
