So, my dads got a 1940 Olds convertible and is thinking about selling it. He was wondering if anyone on here could give him a little more info on it and what you "think its worth"(I know I know, some people don't like that question on here, just trying to figure out an asking price range, not "Whatever someones willing to pay" answers I understand that already...) Its all original and all stock. It runs, drives and is registered. I got one pic right now and will try and get more up later.....
    Thanks.Gang.Krampus.Out.

I saw a '40 or '41 Olds convertible sell earlier tonight on one of the televised car auctions. I believe it went for $39,000.

Get yourself a copy of Old Car Price Guide.
It will have information you can use.

You might have better luck with the question in teh Oldsmobile section of the Antique Automobile Club of America site
    http://forums.aaca.org/#oldsmobile-clubs

Here's the Oldsmobile Club of America website
    http://www.oldsclub.org/index.html

and here's the National Antique Oldsmobile Club link
    http://antiqueolds.org/

I'd sure like to see some more photos of the car
