Well today my wife gave me an apple iPad because I spend a lot of time on the road and she knows how much I like hanging out on here. When she gave it to me I thought was cool until she told me to turn it over. When I flipped it over it had laser etched engraving in the back ot that said "for my man, so you can H.A.M.B. Anywhere you'd like"...... How bad*** is that? Now I get to be on here even while i am out on the road not driving of course..haha.. Just thought that was cool.
Too cool man, I've been using mine almost exclusively for wasting time here on the H.A.M.B. Ever since my laptop died!
Your wife understands!!! My driod and the hamb have gotten me through many of her shopping adventures. I think they realize that if we're distracted they can do their thing longer and easier,
My wife got a new computer for herself so I can HAMB without her looking over my shoulder telling me to hurry up.
congratulations if that is your first apple! I just came from the dark side a few months ago with the purchase of a macbook. absolutely love it, they are expensive but sometimes you get what you pay for!
Had my IPAD for awhile...love it...got my wife one for Christmas...she spends couch time on Farmville.....
I can't wait for technology to advance so I can get a chip implanted in my head so the H.A.M.B. can be streamed directly into my brain.
Yeah she is a great woman. I think it is cool as hell that she got it for the main purpose of me being able to be on here all the time.

Sweet gift for sure. Someday I'll get an Ipad or something like that, right n ow I use my Blackberry as a modem for my laptop when I travel.
3 day old pad here too, navigation seem'd hard at first. Now the Dell seem's crude, & ipad has a long battery.
I too got an Ipad for Christmas! It's great, although I'm spending more time playing "Angry Birds" than on the HAMB on it!
What a cool wife. Yeah, a pic of the engraving would be cool. Everyone I know with an IPhone/Droid plays that "angry birds" game. It must be highly addictive. They also play some other game with crashing airplanes.
My wife got a NOOK for christmas, I found out that I can use it for the HAMB too and now she will never get it back!!!!
