I bought myself something from everyone that I thought owed me a nice Christmas present! It went something like this

5 Kids --- 8ba overhaul kit including new cylinder heads
6 grandkids ---- flywheel, clutch ***embly
inlaws ---- 39 standard caps and trim rings
Wife --- I am sure she wanted to do something nice for me so I will put the machine work and engine ***embly on her tab

Well looking back I would say this has been a great Christmas. I just do not understand why my family calls me scrooge! I think I will get started on next years list.

Fixing my late-model PowerStroke pickup spent all my damn Christmas cash. Two separate and unrelated problems in three weeks. Oh, and expensive, of course, never cheap.

Since the kids have grown and gone and the grandkids are now almost grown my wife and I have started picking out our own major/expensive gifts and ALLOWING each other the privilage of paying for them.:D Actually we still do the little personal things for each other as surprises from "santa" to keep the spirit of the giving season alive.

I finally bought a compressor for my garage :D Now, I just gotta get a welder and wire up a 240 outlet, and I'll be ready to rock and roll again!
