:DMy dad surprised the hell out of me this year, but first a little background! He is 76 years old and built a few flatheads in his day but hasn't fooled with any since 1956 when he bought his new '56 Chevy 210 with a 265 v8. A few years ago i bought a 59a flathead to put in my '29 truck. Boy did that make his eyes light up. He started talking cams, porting, relieving the block, etc. I got the truck on the road this summer with the flathead running real sweet. Gave the old guy a few rides in the truck which he really liked. Anyway on Christmas day he hands me a card. Thinking it may have a few bucks in it I open it up and to my suprise it says "ORDER A BLOWER FOR YOUR FLATHEAD AND SEND ME THE BILL". He went over the top this time for sure. Looks like I will be calling Joe Abbin at Roadrunner Engineering. My dad with be getting quiet a few more rides this summer for sure.:)

  7. 'Collector Cars of Australia', by Ken Stepnell (New Holland.com.au). A 300+ color page picture book.
The power in this book would be as a reference tool, however it has no index. You'll also probably need glasses if your over 45 y.o to look at the pics. That said there must be 900+ individual cars in this book. Cool. Thanks Father Christmas!

    Groucho, Rat- wack-o!

    p.s Merry Pistols?

I got a zombie survival kit from the wife, my oldest (9) gave me a cool caribener pocket knife, my daughter gave me a Woot! shirt and my youngest gave me a dart board.
My mom gave me and my brother in law a trip to the Alamo Bowl to see my OSU Cowboys. I leave for San Antonio early Tuesday. Blew me away.
