Jerry sorry for your loss........... I can relate to your pain I lost my Mom 24 years ago today, she was 52 years old, younger than I am now. I still have a sense of loss during the Christmas holidays but every year now that my children are grown and Jeanne and I spend time with our grandaughters on Christmas morning it gets a little less painful.............
Sorry to hear about your dad , Wahoo . I can only begin to imagine the loss , as both of my parents are still around . Just try to keep your head up , and remember the good-ole times with him .
Jerry, sorry to hear about your loss. I know how you feel I lost my Dad on August 27th. Right now you feel like it will never get better, but bellieve me it does. Cheerish the wonderful memories you have, and when you need to stop and talk to him, it really hepls the healing. Your family is in my prayers. JIM
Sorry for your loss, I know how you feel. My grandmother passed away on Christmas 2001 (my grandparents were like my parents).......now I hate the holidays.
My condolences to you and yours.A good friend of mine lost his Dad Christmas Eve.Hopefully, there is 1/4 mile strip in the everafter.
Sorry for your loss, you Dad sounded like a real great guy, I'll say a prayer for you and your family and pray that Gods love will comfort you and your family in this time of grief and suffering. Sounds like you Dad was loved very much and was lucky to have a son like you. I was always into cars and my dad could have cared less, now he's running around the senior center bragging to all the other older fellows about all the cool cars his son has. Funny. I loved the Hot Rod magazine story. Sounds like something I would do. I'm sure Christmas will never be the same for you and your Family but It'll be a great time to remember the gift you had of having the Dad you had for your whole life. God Bless,Doug
Our condolences to you and yours, it sounds like you have some great memories and those are yours to have always.

Jerry, Sorry to hear of your Dads passing. Sounded like a good man. Ya'll must have gotten along well to share a mailbox. Always cherish the good times. Christmas should be even more special to you from now on knowing he is with Jesus. I had a mailman who would read my Hot Rod before delivering it, but we weren't even friends! Take care, Ken
Jerry, Sorry to hear of your loss. I lost my Dad a few years ago and it hurt real bad. I found comfort through the greiving process. Blessed are those that mourn, for they will be comforted. Matthew 5:4. Our heartfelt prayers are with you.
