    Hi out there..
I got a ? i have a 66 chevy step-side and i want to put a specific type of hubcaps on her. I am looking for the ones like on the mercury on the musical grease, the ones that look like daggers. I was wondering if any one knew if someone could make them, also i was wondering if they could be hard mounted like the spyder caps, where the lug nuts held them down cause i heard that if you use just a hubcap they will fly off or throw the wheels off alignment. I will just need 2 of them cause i will be putting skits in back. Any help or input would be great!!!!
    thanks a lot!!
    :D

  2. So you're planning on doing the Roman Charriot thing with them?

I don't see them throwing your front end out of alignment maybe screwing with the wheel balance?

Anything can be made, I've been thinking about welding a skull thingamabob to the roof of my car myself.

I would use a 50-51 Pontiac hubcap and make the centers.

Your profile lists your occupation as a metal fabricator, yet you cannot figure out how to attach some sheet metal ******** to the center of a cap? Wow... I'm going to change my profile to 'rocket surgeon'.

those hubcaps only fit THOSE wheels. they hook on with 3 special clips on the middle of the wheel. 49 50 caddys look the same and fit more wheels.
