I always like to see the build process on home-made cars. The final out come is impressive.
It's pretty cool to think you can build a drivable, American (North American) influenced hot rod from pretty much from a shell of car and some plain steel. But if you were into, lets say Italian cars, no way could you just build on from s****!
    I like it.

  6. That cab is made out of a Briggs sedan? Looks good.

First of all, thank you and I want to tell that I'm writing with the google translator, let me know if something is not understood.

Thanks AJofHollywood. The 50's are a great influence on me, try to revive the spirit of rodders of those years, it's all built in the workshops of friends, there is nothing of catalogs, all parties were not built belonged to other cars.
Fortunately, many of us we like the same thing and we are becoming more.

Yes CRASHNBURNS was a Briggs 6 windows. In Argentina, at the end of the decade of the 30´s were cut many sedans and coupes , there were shortages of fuel and pick-ups ***igned him more fuel than other vehicles, so that farmers modify vehicles to get more gasoline, a shame very many vehicles were lost, here the A 3 and 5 windows are very hard to get and very expensive.

Sergio, Looks like you're very resourceful, nice build. A few questions.
How are the laws in Argentina for older vehicles. Any problems?

Are there still a lot of old vehicles in Argentina for projects? I know for quite a few years old cars were being imported back to the US.

    Thanks to all!
NUROADSIR, the pick up I have the paperwork in order (green card in my name), the only thing that Argentina has implemented the VTV (vehicular technical verification), vehicles that comply can move without problems. My pick up does not, in order to do should I put fenders, bumpers, windscreen wiper. I use little weekend or for a reunion. The trips that we are relatively close (100kms). For now, as I travel. Not many controls where we go. If complicates take you in a trailer, I do not like the idea, but we'll see.
I knew that cars were exported to different parts of the world, but what you have placed controls and taxes that hinder the export.
