No paint for me this week. Had a go at doing a PC jalopy instead.
Used Corel Draw, Photoshop and the amazing style of "Empire 32".
    Whadaya reckon?

    Rollie,

I like your stuff. That nondescript hub cap came up real nice.
Did you stripe both sides of the Betty Boop panel?

No, it's only striped on the one side, it's about 7" X 18" smoked plexi.

I finished up the Desk Top Art Work late 30s coupe this week (sold it in the HAMB cl***ifieds) but I'll post up a few pics of the finished product.

Also did my first rendition of a Desk Top Art Work chopper bike (for sale in the cl***ifieds).

Last are a few pictures of the Desk Top Art Work Hemi Willys coupe (also in the cl***ifieds), the Willys is kinda unusual for me. My car club has a pinewood derby race every year. We have a few "cl***es" for our derby cars, one of which is called the "Cheater cl***." The rules for the cheater cl*** are pretty simple: 1) There has to be wood someplace on the car. 2) The track is 3 1/2" wide.
The willys was my entry into the cheater cl***. This one has plastic wheels and axle from a pinewood derby car, and actuall rolls. Gene

Hey leadsleadolds...sweet pinstriping on the HEMI cover. Who'da thunk about putting one on that...oh yeah, you mentioned he was a yuppie!

Here's your next disclaimier: "If you're a yuppie, please add an additional 30% to total bill. No need to ask why, just cuz."

You shouldn't talk **** on your customers. You'd be surprised how small the internet really is. James owns an upholstry shop and could help you down the road if you were to ever to need it. Not to mention he's a total gearhead.

Nevertheless, he and the rest of the 300c crowd loved your striping regardless of your lack of respect for your customers.

I was the one that recomended he contact you.

Oh man Im just playing he's a nice guy and hes getting a hell a deal. As far as the 300m's they are about the only new model car I like besides the magnum.

Sometimes (alot of the times) I dont realize you cant read sarcasm. Sorry.

  27. I'm impressed as always by the talent around here.

Here's a quickie drawing I did yesterday. Not overly happy with the way it turned out, but it's about the only car related thing I drew this week [sorry about the ****py pic. My digital cam ****s ***].
