hello I'm Jurgen I live in a little village in the netherlands. 36jrs old, married.two kids. I worked 16 jrs as an mechanic in different car garages, but since 4 jrs my job is selling car parts. for many years I drove american iron from the seventy's,but alway's dreamed about building a car myself 1.5 year ago I bought myself a '46 ford tudor sedan. for now I must make the car complete for dutch registation and papers. here in the nederlands, the car must be 2/3 original at the time you bring it for the registration. I want to go for a traditional look, flat paint, white widewalls, topchop and channeling. but with an bit more recent drivetrain (2nd gen. trans am engine and transmission 3rd gen trans am rear axle) I hope this would not be a problem for this community the build is not going very fast because I don't have a lot of spare time, but we keep on going. in the netherlands I have a topic on an other forum where you can see my progress for now. (its in dutch but with a lot of picture's) this is the link: http://www.pre66.com/site/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=872 in a few days I will post some pics and a short discription in my own topic. my english is not as good as my dutch, so Im not going to tell You long story's. thats it for now greetings from the netherlands and a happy new year Jurgen
