I know it isn't everyones cup of tea but we are all car guys and it ****s...

I also am a member of www.forabodiesonly.com and one of our members just had his 66 Dart wagon stolen from his shop in Banning, CA. It is a very unusual car that will stick out anywhere as it has a late model V6 transplanted into it and it is tri-colored brown/tan/and silver.

Let us or the local PD know if you see it!

    Here is the link...

Dam you guys got it bad out there..

time to start lobbying..our numbers are strong..its tme to put pressure on the law makers, and law enforcement..this is grand theft and should be delt with as a serious crime.
Or we band together to bait these ****ers and start taking them out with lead one by one, because we all know the only good theif is a dead one

put as much information on this site here..http://www.wsati.org/stolencl***ics2.html

Bad news every time we hear it again...

    Two things come to mind?

    1. If it is irreplaceable, it better be damn well secured.

    2. If it is replaceable, it better be damn well insured.

Hope this guys gets this unique and cool car back, and hope someone goes to jail...

This is the worst fear that I even have storing my cars away from my place. I am on the East Coast but I will keep my eyes open when ads are listed or at major shows that I go to on the East Coast.

sorry dude..no need to take it personal:)

but when was the last stolen cl***ic reported from Michigan on the HAMB? and how many stolen are from CA?

just calling it how i see it..no need to go off like that, a bit sensitive?

and what part about doing something about this is so bad?..just trying to help

im not talking about "regular cars here" im talking about "our type" of cars

but since you went there...California is the number one state for auto theft, according to the National Insurance Crime bureau, with the town of Modesto ranking #1 with 4,235 vehicles stolen in 2008..doubt its getting any better

and all i was saying is you have it bad out there..im not against a state or you..im against the theft

The a$$hat$ family is probably looking for an lawyer to file a lawsuit because the car was modified and without current seat restraints and airbags, etc. A freind of mine was sued by the family of the guy that rear-ended his truck because he had replaced the back bumper with one of those diamond plate "Cowboy bumpers". Didnt matter that the guy was drunk and going 90 mph. Still took 1 1/2 years and 60K to fight it, and no ,he didnt get his money back.
