G-day every one. Im Hot-Rod Dude and I have been a member for a couple of years, but only now I seem to have some time to spend on the H.A.M.B., thats only if you let me in! I live in the Adelaide Hills in South Australia, married with 2 kids and love my family, early style hot rods, hot flat heads, 'Y' blocks, swap meets and beer - in that order. We are lucky enough to own an old black '36 Ford Deluxe Roadster hopped up way back between 1949 -1955, a '36 Ford Wellside Utility and a '37 Chevy Business Roadster and various other early 'things' such as vintage timber speedboats etc. I'm a mad collector, I can't help it, I even collect dust! I earn a living by painting signs, pinstriping cars, hot rods & trucks, and driving semi trailers. I love interstate swap meets and dont mind buying & selling a few odds & ends, mostly ends. I hope the H.A.M.B. will give me the opportunity to ask for and receive and maybe even give advise on early hot rod construction and maintenance. I'm also hoping to make some new friends here so we can hopefully network and maybe even call in and visit when we are over your way some time in the future and vise versa here at this end.
