Do you have a vacuum source for the ventilation system? The chevy road draft tube uses the air running under the car to **** out the g***es, the GMC system uses a fitting in the valve cover that connects to the carb for vacuum and the breather is on the input.
These are old pictures but I have a fitting in the back of the valve cover that connects to the intake. Thomas
Very nice pics of all of those Chevy 6 bangers. I am going to do a little of what ihave seen in all of those pictures. Use a lot of vintage speed parts and lots of chrome/polished aluminum. Pistures will be showing up after the first of the yaer.... To be continued.

Here's a couple from last summer of a friend of mine's in a '36 GMC pickup he put together in the 70's.
Oh yea, that is an older pic. the front clip is installed motor runs great, have to tinker with the linkage and carbs to get it just right, but clearance on the radiator is very tight but its all good.
